Rockenfeller leads EL3 at Nürburgring

Mike Rockenfeller (Audi) was fastest in the morning practice session preceding Race 2 of the DTM at the Nürburgring. The winner of 24 Hours of Le Mans 2010 posted a time of 1'22''623 to beat Philipp Eng (BMW) by 9 thousandths. René Rast (Audi), the winner of the day before, followed 2 hundredths behind, ahead of the Mercedes by Daniel Juncadella and Paul di Resta.

The new championship leader Gary Paffett (Mercedes) ranked 11th ahead Loïc duval (Hear).

 

 

Qualifying for Race 2 will take place at 11:15 a.m. while the start of the event will be at 13:30 p.m.
