Ty Gibbs withdraws from NASCAR final

Freshly titled Saturday Xfinity Series Champion, second division of the NASCAR, Ty Gibbs a eu la douleur de perdre son père Coy dans la nuit. Coy Gibbs était actionnaire avec son père Joe Gibbs de la Joe Gibbs Racing, écurie phare du clan Toyota.
Ty will be replaced for the final by Daniel Hemric who will make his 3rd career start for the occasion.
Coy Gibbs was present Saturday evening at the Phoenix circuit to see his son win and win the Xfinity title. Tributes have been coming since the announcement and the final will of course be dedicated to the memory of this great entrepreneur and motorsport enthusiast, including a minute of silence.
