Aurelia Nobels signs with Prema in F4 Italy

Supported by Iron Dames and a member of the Ferrari Driver Academy, the 16-year-old Belgian will be part of the Prema crew for next season of F4 Italy.

Aurelia Nobels signs with Prema in F4 Italy

After winning the FIA ​​detection “ Girls on Track - Rising Stars » in the senior category at the end of last year, a new opportunity presented itself to Aurelia Nobels: participation in F4 Italy alongside Prema Racing. After going through the karting in international competition in 2020 and 2021, the previous season saw her compete in F4 Brazil where she finished 16th. She will also take part in a few rounds of the Spanish and Danish F4 championships.

The young pilot is also a member of the Ferrari Driver Academy, and will be supported by Iron Dames in 2023.

An enthusiasm shared by the 16-year-old Belgian: “ I am very happy to join Prema in 2023 to compete in the F4 Italy championship, one of the categories of car the most competitive in the world. It won't be easy,  she observes, but I'm looking forward to it, working hard and improving my abilities. I know that working with a team as professional as Prema, and being part of the Ferrari Driver Academy, is a big responsibility, it will be very important in how I grow as a driver. »

The 2023 championship season will begin on April 23, at the Imola track (Italy). The teams will make a detour to Belgium on the Spa-Francorchamps circuit in May, and will pass through Paul-Ricard in France in July.
