Dino Beganovic definitely loves Monza. Author of his first pole position in FRECA on the transalpine track in 2021, the Swede did it again this Saturday for the launch of the 2022 season.
Placed in the first qualifying group, the Prema driver found the necessary resources to dominate all of his comrades with a time of 1’46”740. He then had to wait until the 2e group takes its turn to find out if he would become the first pole-sitter of the campaign or not.
On a track gradually improving no driver of the 2e group would ultimately succeed in beating Dino Beganovic's mark, not even Lorenzo Fluxa (R-ace GP) author of the best lap of the 2e part but more than 3 tenths from pole.
Dino Beganovic will therefore start in pole position for Race 1 this Saturday at 15:55 p.m. ahead of Lorenzo Fluxa, Michael Belov (MP Motorsport) and Gabriel Mini (ART Grand Prix). Best Frenchman on the grid, Hadrien David (R-ace GP) will be positioned on 5e location just in front of Kas Haverkort (MP Motorsport). Note that a second Habs is in the Top 10. For his first in FRECA, Maceo Capietto (Monolite) will be 10e.
