First morning of testing on the Paul Ricard HTTT circuit, the drivers using the 1C – V2 route of 5,842 km.
The Canadian Robert Wickens set the best time of the first three hours before the break in 1'51. His French teammate Jean-Eric Vergne follows in 095'1, ahead of the American Alexander Red (Fortec) 1'51?676, the Monegasque Stéphane Richelmi (Draco) 1'51?738, the Russian Daniil Move (P1) 1'51?766, the Estonian Kevin Korjus (Tech 1) 1'51?891, the Spaniard Albert Costa (Epsilon Euskadi) 1'52:012, the Briton Oliver Webb (Pons) 1'52:269, the Brazilian André negrao (Draco) 1'52?299 and the Czech Filip Salaquarda (ISR) 1'52?334.
It was New Zealander Dominic Storey who drove the second Mofaz Racing car (13th behind Ramos and Hartley). Arthur Pic (Tech 1 Racing) set the 14th time in 1'52. Nathanaël Berthon (ISR, 651'1?54) has not yet driven much, and Nelson Panciatici (KMP) was unable to do a significant lap, suffering from a clutch problem.
