FR 3.5: Mikhail Aleshin wins

Mikhail Aleshin (Carlin), author of pole position in the morning, won the first race of the Spa-Francorchamps weekend in Formula Renault 3.5 Series. The Russian, already winner of the first race at Motorland Aragon, is the driver making the most of the light aerodynamic configuration imposed on the single-seaters on Saturday. He beat Sten Pentus (Fortec), winner of race 2 of Motorland Aragon, and Stefano Coletti (Comtec). The two Frenchmen, Nathanaël Berthon (International Draco Racing) and Nelson Panciatici (Lotus Junior Racing), did not finish the race.
