FR3.5: Ricciardo at the back of the grid

Daniel Ricciardo (ISR) is penalized for non-compliance of its car, concerning the skirts placed on the edges of the flat bottom, which were loose, therefore not at the regulatory height. All his times, including the 2nd signed in qualifying, are canceled. The Australian will start from the back of the grid during the first race.
