Like this Friday morning during FP1, Paul Aron (Prema) had a comfortable margin over the competition during FP2. The Estonian in fact took three tenths this Friday afternoon from the Russian Mikhael Belov (MP Motorsport) and the Italian Gabriele Mini (ART Grand Prix).
Contested in the dry after a morning session in the rain, this second free practice session saw Hadrien David (R-Ace GP) position himself for qualification. The Habs have indeed signed the 5th fastest time of the session. For his part, championship leader Dino Beganovic (Prema) could not do better than 9th.
The session was extremely competitive since there was only a one second difference between Paul Aron and 16th place, occupied by Frenchman Esteban Masson (FA Racing). The reigning French F4 champion finished just behind his compatriot Owen Tangavelou (G4 Racing), 15th. Macéo Capietto (Monolite), Sami Meguetounif (MP Motorsport) and Victor Bernier (FA Racing) finished 25th, 26th and 31st respectively.
