Hadrien David leads EL2 at Monza before qualifying

Fifth on the timesheet for the first outing of the day on the Temple of Speed ​​this Friday morning, Hadrien David (R-ace GP) raised the tone this afternoon. During the second free practice session, the Habs dominated all of their classmates.

With a best time of 1'46"292, compared to 1'46"553 in EL1 for his teammate Isack Hadjar, the former member of the Renault Sport Academy was ahead of Dino Beganovic (Prema) by 70 thousandths and the 2021 champion Grégoire Saucy (ART Grand Prix) by a tenth. Gabriele Mini (ART Grand Prix) and Aron Paul (Prema) completed the Top 5.

At the head of EL1, Isack Hadjar settled for 7th time behind Michael Belov (G4 Racing), just over two tenths behind Hadrien David. Third representative of France on the grid this weekend, Sami Meguetounif (R-ace GP) finished 14th, 7 full tenths from the best mark of the session.

The drivers of the Regional Formula by Alpine will return to the track this Saturday at 9:25 a.m. for qualifying for Race 1.
