Even with two months without a single race, Grégoire Saucy has not lost his rhythm. The Swiss in fact dominated the first of the two free practice sessions at the Spielberg FRECA meeting. The ART Grand Prix driver dominated Michael Belov (G4 Racing) and William Alatalo (Arden). On the French side, Isack Hadjar (R-ace GP) ranked 5th and finished best rookie of the session ahead of Mari Boya (VAR). His teammate and compatriot Hadrien David finished the session in 11th position.
