After announcing Tim Tramintz earlier today, R-ace GP continues to formalize its drivers for the upcoming FRECA season. The Peruvian Matías Zagazeta will therefore take part in the championship with the French team in 2023. After finishing second in British F4 in 2021, he joined FRECA under the colors of G4 Racing for a season which he finished in 32nd position.
In preparation for the regional championship, the 19-year-old driver took part in a few FRMEC rounds at the start of the year. His best result: a second place in the opening race of the season.

The last name that will complete the crew of the French team is not yet known.
