The organization chart of the anteroom of the F1 will experience some changes in 2022. Until now race director of the DTM, Niel Wittich will occupy this position within the Formula 2 et Formula 3 from next season, replacing Silvia Bellot, who has been in place since the start of the 2020 campaign. He will also support Michael Masi in F1 where he occupies the same position.
On the DTM side, Niels Wittich will be replaced by Scot Elkins who also becomes the race director of the DTM Trophy after having officiated in Formula E and Extreme E has the same function.
