PHM Racing also completes its crew at the dawn of the FIA season F3. After the confirmation of Sophia Floersch yesterday and Roberto Faria a few hours ago, it's the turn from Polish Piotr Wiśnicki to join the German team.

After a career in karting started in 2014, the pilot integrated the pyramid of car three years ago, in the Italian F4 championship. Two years in the category with Jenzer Motorsport later, including a 19th place overall as best result in 2020, he took part in the Regional Formula by Alpine for his last motorsport campaign.

The 19-year-old driver will therefore be promoted to F3 for the 2023 financial year: “I am very happy to have the opportunity, as a rookie, to compete in a strong category like F3 alongside PHM Racing. This is a big step in my career, which will require a lot of work. I would like to thank everyone at PHM Racing for this opportunity to be on the grid for this championship,” adds Wiśnicki.

“Piotr has much more potential than his latest results in FRECA show,” says Roland Rehfeld, manager of the team. Having known him since his early years in F4, I am convinced of his pure speed. We still have work to do on the procedures on and off the track, but I really like the way he approaches FIA F3. He has a lot of new tracks to learn, just like his teammates, we will take our time to develop our potential and convert it into results. »

And the Pole won't have to wait too long before getting behind the wheel of his new car, with pre-season testing taking place from February 14 to 16 in Sakhir.
