Very fit since the meeting at Red Bull Ring two weeks ago, Franco Colapinto (MP Motorsport) was once again in spirit during the first outing of the weekend in Valencia.
With a best lap from Ricardo Tormo completed in 1'28"730, the Argentinian topped the timesheet ahead of Dino Beganovic (Prema) and Mari Boya (Van Amersfoort Racing) who finished 5 hundredths behind his mark. Alex Quinn (Arden) and Aaron (Prema) completed the Top 5.
Championship leader, Grégoire Saucy (ART Grand Prix) ranks 6th, just over a tenth and a half behind Franco Colapinto. The French R-ace GP Hadrien David and Isack Hadjar are 13th and 16th, respectively 4 and 5 tenths from the lead.
