Zandvoort – Race 2: Aron continues with a 2nd pole position

Paul Aron definitely likes Zandvoort. Fastest man in Saturday qualifying and winner of Race 1, the Prema driver did it again this Sunday. If he has not yet won his 2e victory of the weekend, the Estonian has in any case ensured his 2e pole position in just 24 hours.

On the Dutch track, Paul Aron, still present in Group B but first to take to the track, once again beat his comrades with a time of 1'30"570. The threat ultimately came from Group A and more precisely from his teammate Dino Beganovic. Leader of the championship and not in his right mind on Saturday, the Swede claimed pole position for a long time but ultimately lost by a little less than 2 tenths, enough however to offer 1ste line to Prema.

In good shape for the Sunday outing, Juan Pablo Montoya (Prema) will start in 3e position alongside Kas Haverkort (VAR). Penalized by 10 seconds on Saturday for a hasty use of Push-to-Pass and expelled from the podium and the points at the same time, Hadrien David (R-ace GP) did not master his subject this Saturday. Fourth in Group A, the Tricolore will start 8the after a best lap in 1'31"219. Maceo Capietto (Monolite) will be 10e.

Concerning the other French people in the field, Esteban Masson (FA Racing), Owen Tangavelou (G4 Racing), Victor Bernier (FA Racing) and Sami Meguetounif (MP Motorsport) will respectively place in the 13the, 20e, 21e and 22e on the starting grid.

The start of Race 2 is scheduled for 15:30 p.m. this Sunday.
