David Salanon won his second consecutive French Rally Cup by winning this weekend in Autun, after his victory in Anglet in 2010. The driver of the Peugeot 306 Maxi beat the current leader of the French rally championship, Gilles Nantet, entered in a BMW 318i. Yves Pezzutti, on another 306 Maxi, took 3rd place overall.
The final of the French Rally Cup brings together the best drivers from the regional committees every year in the fall.
