Ricardo Moura (Skoda Fabia R5) won the qualifying stage of the Rally of the Azores, opening round of theERC 2018, contested this weekend in the Atlantic island. The local on the stage achieved a best time in 1'52"808 and is ahead of Alexey Lukyanuk (Ford Fiesta R5) by four tenths.
Laurent Pellier (peugeot 208 T16 R5) prend la neuvième place et se hisse en cinquième position en U28, devant Pierre-Louis Loubet (Hyundai i20 R5).
Moura logically chose the last position in the starting order for the first SS which will start at 16:49 p.m.
