Eurosport Events welcomes the audiences of theERC up compared to the 2016 season. The organizers of the European Rally Championship noted an increase of 45% in one year with 43 million cumulative viewers compared to 30 million last year.
The events are broadcast on 41 channels. The best result was achieved at Rally from the Canary Islands (Spain) last May with more than 15 million viewers.
“This is fantastic news for the ERC and everyone involved. This reflects all the efforts made to improve the TV content of ERC programs and provides even better media exposure”, comments Jean-Baptiste Ley, the coordinator of the ERC.
