The Toulousain came to ride at the BAC with a view to the opening of the French Championship at Le Touquet during the Bordeaux Aquitaine Classic (February 23-24). Lobry (Fiesta R5) wins the first time ahead of the local Purrey (Mitsubishi A8) followed by Rouillard (Fabia R5) and Lacouture (BMW Compact F2000), in his garden. But Castillon's battle was cut short, the Ford's clutch giving way in the second qualifying session. Purrey constantly maintains the pace, aware that his Japanese can do nothing against the Czech; Lacouture gives up, the rear axle struggling to cope with the relentless bump landing; left in “ rally 2 » dimanche, le partenaire de ce joli national faisant l’unanimité ne put terminer. Pour une demi-minute, Lemonnier impose sa Porsche à celle de Levy dans le rallye VH de doublure.
