Craig Breen (Peugeot 208 T16 R5) achieves his second victory in ERC by winning Rally Liepaja in Latvia. The Northern Irishman won almost two minutes ahead of Siim Plangi (Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X), victorious in the ERC2 category. Dominykas Butvilas (Subaru Impreza STI) completes the podium ahead of Martins Svilis (Lancer Evo X) and Robert Consani (Peugeot 207 S2000).
