Craig Breen (Peugeot 208 T16 R5) retains the lead of Rally Liepaja in Latvia with still more than a minute ahead of Siim Plangi (Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X) at the end of the eighth special.
Janis Vorobjovs (Lancer Evo X) now completes the provisional podium ahead of Martins Svilis (Lancer Evo X). He is tied with his compatriot Dominykas Butvilas (Subaru Impreza STI) after receiving a half-minute penalty.
Robert Consani (Peugeot 207 S2000) has moved up to eighth place and is only a few tenths behind sixth position.
