Craig Breen was penalized ten seconds for a late tire change. The pilot of the Peugeot 207 S2000 retains third place in the Rally of the Canary Islands but is now 15”2 behind Jan Kopecky (Skoda), second, 38 seconds behind leader Robert Kubica (Citroën). The Irishman only has a lead of 9” over the Mini RRC of Luis Monzon.
