Pole Kajetan Kaejtanowicz (Ford Fiesta R5) took the scratch in the first SS of the SATA Rally Açores, the Grupo Marques super-special. He is 1″5 ahead of Ricardo Moura’s sister car and 3″0 behind the Peugeot 208 T16 R5 Craig Breen. Robert Consani (Citroën DS3 R5) takes provisional 8th place after encountering some engine problems. Charles Martin (Peugeot 208 T16 R5) is 17th in the provisional standings.
