Craig Breen was once again the fastest on SS10 of the SATA Rally Azores. The pilot Peugeot set the best time of the special, beating the Ford Fiesta R1 of Kajetan Kajetanowicz by 3″5. In the general classification, the gap between the two leading men was reduced to 2″ before the last SS of the day, with Kajetanowicz remaining leader.
Ricardo Moura (Ford Fiesta R5) maintains his third place ahead of Bruno Magalhaes (Peugeot 208 T16 R5) and José Pedro Fontes (Citroën DS3 R5). Robert Consani (Citroën DS3 R5) remains in contact with Fontes for fifth place.
