The turning point of the Circuit of Ireland Rally has just occurred on SS16. Robert Barrable (Ford Fiesta R5) went off the road while leading with a second ahead of Craig Breen (Peugeot 208 T16 R5). The latter inherits first place with 20 seconds ahead of Kajetan Kajetanowicz (Fiesta R5), still followed by the Fiesta S2000s of Josh and Sam Moffett. Charles Martin (208 T16 R5) finds himself in the top five.
