Craig Breen (Peugeot 208 T16) took the lead of the Circuit of Ireland Rally in the 2nd special and was 6 seconds ahead of his compatriot Robert Barrable (Ford Fiesta R5) at the end of the 3rd stage. Robert Consani (Citroën DS3 R5) climbed into 3rd position, 16 seconds from the head of the race. Josh and Sam Moffett (Fiesta S2000) complete the top five ahead of Kajetan Kajetanowicz (Fiesta R5) who lost three places in the last special. Charles Martin (208 T16) is more than a minute behind but remains in 10th place.
