The Briton Elfyn Evans (Ford Fiesta R5) is currently the fastest on the route of the qualifying special of the Circuit of Ireland, second round of the European Rally Championship ERC. The old pilot M-Sport en WRC ahead of the Fiesta R5s of reigning champion Kajetan Kajetanowicz by 4″5 and Alastair Fisher.
Craig Breen (Citroën DS3 R5) and Keith Cronin (Citroën DS3 R5) follow in the standings. Robert Consani got off to a bad start in the Irish event by damaging the front of his DS3 R5.
