The last three stages of the Rally of the Acropolis were canceled due to particularly rainy conditions making the roads too muddy to still be passable. Kajetan Kajetanowicz (Ford Fiesta R5) had just taken the lead of the race, ten seconds ahead of Craig Breen (Peugeot 208 T16). Lambros Athanassoulas (Skoda Fbia R5) completed the top three after finishing sixth. Charles Martin (Peugeot) retired.
By winning the Acropolis Rally, Kajetan Kajetanowicz secures the title in an event at the end of the season, the Rallye du Valais being contested from October 28 to 31 in Switzerland.
