Ralfs Sirmacis (Skoda Fabia R5) is the first leader of Rally Liepaja (Latvia). The local driver has a 2”6 lead over Alexey Lukyanuk (Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X) after the first two stages. Kajetan Kajetanowicz (Ford Fiesta R5) completes the top three at 5''4, ahead of Siim Plangi (Lancer Evo X) and Lukasz Habaj (Fiesta R5).
