At the end of the first three special stages of Rally Liepaja in Latvia, Ralfs Sirmacis (Skoda Fabia R5) remains in control of the event counting towards the European Rally Championship. The winner of the Acropolis and Rally from Estonia won all three sectors on the morning's program and has a little more than 17″ lead over Alexey Lukyanuk (Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X).
The fight for third place pits Siim Plangi (Mitsubishi Lancer Evo a small error in SS3 with a minor exit from the road.
Jānis Vorobjovs (Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X) completes the provisional top 5 at more than 44″.
