The gaps still remain incredibly close between Andreas Mikkelsen and Jan Kopecky. At the end of the 13,28km of Maspalomas, the Czech set a time of 7:02:4 with only seven tenths ahead of the Norwegian. Luis Monzon follows as usual in front of Sepp Wiegand.
Jan Kopecky comes back to 3?7 from Andreas Mikkelsen with two stages to go. Luis Monzon is still comfortably installed in third position ahead of Sepp Wiegand and Jonathan Pérez.
