Nikolay Gryazin (Skoda) is the first leader of Rally Liepaja. After the first two special stages, the Latvian leads Chris Ingram (Skoda) by 3 seconds, while Fabian Kreim (Skoda) completes the top three, around ten seconds from the head of the race. Laurent Pellier is 5 seconds behind first place.
