Jan Kopecky won the Jänner Rally (Austrian event held on snow) at the wheel of his Skoda Fabia S2000. The Czech was 40 seconds ahead of his teammate Juho Hänninen. The Flying Finn was often the fastest but he was penalized by opening the road on both days.
