Pieter Tsjoen (Ford Focus) firmly dominates the Rally du Touquet. The Belgian won all the special stages of the day, with the exception of the two passages on the Cormont section. While there is still the seafront super special to go, Pieter Tsjoen dominates the rankings with more than a minute and thirty seconds over Eric Brunson.
His domination was facilitated by the successive abandonments of his main rivals: Pierre Roché, Guillaume Canivenq and Patrick Henry.
