Le Pilote du team GPC Motorsport occupait la tête depuis l?ES1 et a augmenté son avance au fil des kilomètres. Il termine avec 29??3 d?avance sur Dany Snobeck (Peugeot 307 WRC), vainqueur l?an dernier, et 2?24??9 sur Pieter Tsjoen (Ford Focus WRC), victime de problèmes de boite de vitesses.
