Marczyk first leader in Hungary

Miko Marczyk (Skoda Fabia Rally2 Evo) set the best time yesterday evening in the first special of the Rally of Hungary, and thus took the lead of the event ahead of Andreas Mikkelsen (Skoda Fabia Rally2 Evo).

Author of a time of 1'38″5 over the 2,4 km of this ES, Marczyk precedes the former Volkswagen driver by 0″7, while Oliver Solberg (Skoda Fabia Rally2 Evo) is 1″7 behind. Championship leader, Alexey Lukyanuk (Citroën C3 R5) stalled at the start and conceded 5″5.

After a misunderstanding with the marshals, Yoann Bonato (Citroën C3 R5) gave up 20″ and only set the 41st time. The event resumes this Saturday with eight stages, the first from 9:53 a.m.
