Mikkelsen takes charge in Hungary

Thanks to a second place in SS2 of Rally from Hungary, Norwegian Andreas Mikkelsen took the lead in the event counting for the European Rally Championship ERC.

Le pilote de la Skoda Fabia Rally2 Evo a vu Alexey Lukyanuk (Citroën C3 R5) réaliser le temps scratch en 8’44″3, mais prend la tête du classement général pour trois dixièmes face au Russe. 4e de l’ES derrière Grégoire Munster (Hyundai i20 R5), Oliver Solberg (Skoda Fabia Rally2 Evo), pointe au 3e rang du général à 1″2, et précède Munster de 3″2.

Craig Breen completes the provisional top 5 at the wheel of his Hyundai i20 R5 shod with MRF rubber, and is 9″1 behind Mikkelsen. Yoann Bonato (Citroën C3 R5) ranks 9th in SS2, more than 23″ behind, and moves up to 17th place overall, 38″3 behind leader Lukyanuk.
