Essentially known for his appearances on the circuit with the Ford GT of the Matech team in the French FFSA GT3 championship, Sébastien Chardonnet turns to rally. The return of this legendary name to the world of road racing will bring back many memories for fans of the genre.
Thus, Sébastien Chardonnet and his co-driver Thibault de la Haye will be at the start in “Pays du Gier” which will take place this weekend. They will be entrusted with a Citroën C2 R2 Max from the Haut-Savoyarde Automéca Sport team of Philippe Bugalski and Marc Azzolini. This event, which counts for the Coupe de France and the Citroën Racing Trophy, will allow them to get used to it before entering the next Rallye des Vins Mâcon. Then, the crew will begin a series of three French Championship events with the Mont-Blanc Morzine, the Critérium des Cévennes and the Rallye du Var.
