Anthony Mora (BMW 318 Compact) wins the Rally from the Pays de St Yrieix having largely dominated the event. The driver won all of the special stages of this second day, with the exception of SS10, won by Jofrey Lixon (Peugeot 306 Max). At the end of the eleven special stages, Anthony Mora is ahead of Romain Longé (Peugeot 306) by more than a minute (+1?19??9) and David Champeau (Renault Clio RS) by more than two minutes (+2?24??6).
