And 16! Kalle Rovanperä recorded his 16th special victory on the 2022 Rally Estonia this Sunday morning. The Finn dominated the competition head and shoulders and increased his lead to more than half a minute over Elfyn Evans.

As Pierre-Louis Loubet and Gus Greensmith (M-Sport Ford) retired, Teemu Suninen (Hyundai) and Marco Bulacia (Skoda) entered the top 10.

M-Sport Ford asked Adrien Fourmaux to calm things down in view of the championship. After the successive retirements of Loubet and Greensmith, the Frenchman is the only driver from the English team to appear in the top 10. He loses almost 10″ on Katsuta but has a solid margin to remain 6th.

Ott Tänak finished with the provisional best time of 3″3.

Neuville finished 6″ behind Breen. “I went wide in a corner at medium speed, I lost the rear of the car. It will be an interesting route for the Power Stage later. I have to adjust my seat because it has moved and I find myself offset from my steering wheel. »

Thierry Neuville narrowly missed finishing his rally in the background! The Belgian bounced off a roadside embankment on the outside of a bend but was able to continue without suffering any apparent damage.

Oliver Solberg is doing a little too much! The Hyundai leaves the track, missing a braking point and is slowed down by a bale of straw. The Swede starts again and finishes 13″8 behind Breen.
