The 2019 winter tests are over! Here is the ranking for Friday:
Kevin Magnussen stopped at turn 4.
Another red flag!
Lewis Hamilton wears soft C4 tires, he remains behind Sebastian Vettel.
After a trip to the pits, Lewis Hamilton leaves on soft C5 tires. Will he beat Sebastian Vettel?
Renault's turn to accelerate. Nico Hülkenberg recorded a 1'16″843 on soft C5 tires. The black and yellow single-seater has never gone so fast in 2019!
Lewis Hamilton is coming within three thousandths of the day's record set by Sebastian Vettel! On soft C5 tires, the Mercedes laps in 1'16″224 and takes second.
One hour from the end of the day, here is the ranking:
Lewis Hamilton failed 67 thousandths behind his teammate Valtteri Bottas with a lap of 1'16″628 on soft C4 tires.
Daniil Kvyat overtakes Vettel and becomes the driver credited with the most laps this Friday (119).
Sebastian Vettel will not leave this Friday. It was an electrical problem that forced the Ferrari to stop.
Carlos Sainz Jr becomes the second driver to cross the 100 lap mark today after Sebastian Vettel:

Sebastian Vettel kindly helped the stewards to cover his Ferrari, the victim of a mechanical incident:

With the softest tires (C5), Kevin Magnussen improved his time to 1'17″565. The Dane is ninth.
The session resumes its rights.
Meanwhile, Red Bull is trying to repair a gearbox problem on Max Verstappen's car:
