Ypres Rally 2021
The first scratch time of the day goes to Kalle Rovanperä. The Finn is ahead in SS17 of Ott Tanäk and Thierry Neuville.
Thierry Neuville is in full management. He sets the third time but takes 5″ from Craig Breen.
Craig Breen is far away. He finished 4th, 6″5 behind Rovanperä’s time.
Elfyn Evans finished 1″6 behind Kalle Rovanperä at the finish of SS17.
Kalle Rovanperä's best time. This is 8″2 better than Sebastien Ogier.
Puncture for Sebastien Ogier! He finished 6″ behind the best time and risks saying goodbye to the podium in Ypres.
Ott Tanäk's best time. He’s 5″2 better than Greensmith.
Greensmith's best time for 1″3 better than Loubet.
⚠️ Unfortunately we have some bad news to share this morning…
A technical issue in parc ferme has forced us to withdraw from the WRC2 lead at @ypresrally ❌ sadly the car didn't start due to an electrical issue, and that's the end of our rally. pic.twitter.com/DFqizICr6v
