Coma discusses the possible signing of Marquez at KTM

If Marc Marquez has not yet competed in a single race aboard a Ducati, rumors of a departure to KTM at the dawn of the 2025 season are already being talked about.
Asked about the subject in an interview with Trademarks, Marc Coma spoke cautiously about the potential arrival of the eight-time world champion in the Austrian family.
While the director of the manufacturer's Spanish subsidiary does not rule out anything, he admits that he does not want to be particularly optimistic about this potential transfer before having seen what the No. 93 will be able to do at Gresini Racing.
“First of all, I wish Marc the best because he is coming out of two very difficult years and he has all my admiration, greets Coma. I like the fact that he maintains such a desire to fight after having already won everything. He deserves to find success again.
From the start of the season, the future can change a thousand times, He continues. I don’t think we can make a decision [on the possibility of considering a transfer] before halfway through the next championship.”
It remains to be seen what the Spaniard will be able to accomplish with the Desmosedici that he will drive in a handful of weeks. His compatriot Alex Rins (Yamaha), already commented with certainty that he considered Marquez capable of winning a title with the Bologna house.
