4H of Barcelona – EL2: Dillmann (Inter Europol) best time
The European Le Mans Series begins this weekend in Barcelona. Before qualifying this afternoon, the drivers had the right to one last driving session this morning during Free Practice 2.
Frenchman Tom Dillmann stood out with the best time at the wheel of the No. 07 Inter Europol Competition Oreca 43 in 1:28.413.
He beat Dane Frederik Vesti by 0.136 seconds. Arthur Leclerc (Panis Racing) completed the podium at 0.236 seconds.
Albert Costa was the fastest in the LM P2 Pro-Am in 1:29.547 for Nielsen Racing.
Gillian Henrion set the best lap in LM P3 at the wheel of Team Virage's Ligier JS P320 in 1:36.475.
On the LMGT3 side, it was Ricardo Pera who set the reference time in 1:40.831 at the wheel of the Ferrari 296 n°86 from GR Racing.
Meet at 14:40 p.m. for the start of qualifying for the 4 Hours of Barcelona.
