ELMS – Order to discover Donington

Before taking part in the 24 Hours of Spa at the end of the month, Lucas Ordonez will take part in the second event of the season this weekend at Donington. ELMS with Greaves Motorsport. The Spaniard will reunite with his teammates Tom Kimber-Smith and Alex Brundle with whom he took fourth place at Paul-Ricard. If the driver from the GT Academy does not know the British track, his ambitions remain high even if the rain could disrupt the race. The Greaves Motorsport crew will be aiming for a victory on home soil after taking fourth place at the start of the season at Le Castellet.

“I've never been to Donington before but I've heard it's a great circuit with several fast corners, which is a positive for our car”, commented Lucas Ordonez who took second place in LMP2 at the 24 Hours of Le Mans last year. “The weather seems quite wet at the moment but I think we proved at Le Mans that we can be competitive in the rain and that won't be a problem for us. Our goal is the same as always, we will aim for victory. I have two fast teammates, the atmosphere is good in the team and we have the thirst to win. Alex, Tom and the team will be racing at home and I am sure we will get a good result. »
