Third of six meetings of the French Championship FFSAGT 2023, the Dijon-Prenois Circuit will reach mid-season this weekend. After the traditional meetings of Nogaro and Magny-Cours, this stage brings a breath of fresh air for France's flagship competition. The last time the FFSA GT visited the Burgundy track was in 2018.

Five years have passed, but the Dijon-Prenois Circuit is still unanimous among drivers. Fluid and hilly, this 3.801 meter route provides thrills at an average speed of over 160 km/h, making it the fastest of the season.

During this last weekend of spring, the FFSA GT will welcome 35 GT4s and it will share the bill with four other competitions: the Fanatec GT2 European Series, the FFSA Tourisme French Championship, theAlpine Elf Europa Cup and the Mitjet 2 liter Trophy. In total, 15 races are on the menu, a busy program for the spectators present at the edge of the Dijon-Prenois Circuit who should enjoy themselves!

For the FFSA GT, race 1 will be launched at 16:00 p.m. on Saturday when the second confrontation begins on Sunday at 15:25 p.m.

With four victories in two race weekends, Christophe Hamon and Grégory Guilvert (Audi R8 LMS GT4 – Saintéloc Racing) have been untouchable in the Pro-Am class since the start of this 2023 campaign. Barring a disaster, the duo will pass the milestone of mid-season largely in control of the championship. On their Toyota GR Supra GT4 Evo from the Matmut Evolution team, Jean-Luc Beaubelique and Jim Pla are their closest pursuers. And thanks to their success on July 15, 2018, during race 2, they are also the latest winners of an FFSA GT race in Dijon. A happy omen?

In the Silver Cup, the duos Nelson Panciatici-Loris Cabirou and Stéphane Lémeret-Corentin Tierce hope that their Alpine A110 GT4 (a model which also made its debut in Dijon in 2018) from the CMR team will allow them to stay in the title race.

By reaching the podium four times in the Am Cup, with the added bonus of a victory during the second race at Magny-Cours, Laurent Hurgon and Alain Ferté (Alpine A110 GT4 Evo – Autosport GP LS Group Performance) have displayed superb consistency at the start of the season. The two friends therefore took off in the championship.

Who will be the leaders at mid-season? Answer on Sunday June 18 in Dijon!
