Starting from pole, Ercoli had a lot to do during the second race of the weekend in EuroNASCAR Pro. He was initially kept under pressure by the young Dutchman Liam Hezemans until he made a mistake. Ercoli then found himself with a large lead which was reduced to nothing following the intervention of a safety car linked to the exit of Massimiliano Lanza at the famous Paddock Hill corner. The race was restarted during the last laps but that did not prevent Ercoli from winning his second success of the weekend (his 8th in the championship) ahead of the Belgian Anthony Kumpen and the Dutch Sebastiaan Bleekemolen. Starting 9th, Frenchman Lucas Lasserre moved up to 4th place! Ercoli was uncompromising this weekend and the Italian leaves Brands Hatch at the top of the championship ahead of Lasserre and Kumpen.

In EuroNASCAR 2, this second race took place on a track made tricky by rain that fell a few minutes before the start. Bordeaux's Paul Jouffreau took the lead from the start but Vladimiros Tziortzis came back into the match mid-race before Jouffreau regained his lead. But a few laps from the finish, the Cypriot regained the advantage definitively and also signed his second victory of the weekend. Third place for the Italian Alberto Naska. Melvin de Groot finished just off the podium and while the Czech Martin Doubek seemed to be heading towards a top 5, he was passed over the line by the Luxembourger Gil Linster!

This 10th edition of American SpeedFest ends after 4 superb NASCAR Whelen EuroSeries races. The competitors in the support races and the entertainment in the paddocks also provided a spectacle. The organization is already thinking about certain improvements for future editions... So much the better because such popular festivals are rare! Still great emotions to experience because the championship and MotorSport Vision (the owners of the British circuit) have signed until 2028!
