With around fifteen rallies under his belt this season, the Norman driver has driven on many different terrains, which allowed him to quickly adapt to the weather conditions. “ I immediately found a good rhythm without putting myself in danger. But on several occasions, it was very hot and I thought I would lose the car, the road having turned into a pool of mud. You had to be very vigilant. »

The boss of Trajectoire Racing is full of praise for the different Michelin tires he tested during the rally. Among his nine victories this season, that of Dieppe is the most memorable for him, because he started this rally badly. On the podium, he was delighted to offer his local teammate, Amandine Houry, her first scratch victory. “ She convinced me to come and I don't regret it! »

« What a complicated rally! I'm glad to be done, because it was the wages of fear to stay on the road. But we drove efficiently without taking too many risks.s,” declared Christopher Touvron upon arrival.

Second in the FRC4 group behind the untouchable Frédéric Meurant, his class victory completes a busy season. “ This is the first year that I have been racing at this level with a competitive car thanks to Rageau Sport Location. I took part in 14 rallies and won 6 class victories. I haven't yet said my last word in the 2-wheel drive Michelin Rallye Tour. Perhaps a final test this season? But based in Vendée, I am very far away. However, next year I will try to win this challenge by targeting the events. »

A cautious start to the rally for the driver at the end of which he had to exert himself to perform. “ I haven't ridden much this season due to my professional obligations and I'm lacking a bit of rhythm. » He remembered his lackluster performance on this pitch in the 2021 final due to insufficient preparation.

For this regular at the Indre rally, he liked the route: “This route is natural with very few chicanes, winding, complicated by the weather. It’s a rally that suits me well with my little car! » A weekend ended with a class victory and the third step on the podium in the FRC4 group. “ Next year I would like to focus on championship 2e division, even if there are too many events registered. »
