The GP Sprint MotoGP of Spain has been the scene of many twists and turns. While the first few laps saw each of Aleix Espargaro, Jack Miller and Fabio Di Giannantonio make mistakes, Brad Binder then threw Francesco Bagnaia from his bike while trying to pass him.
If the start of the race hadn't been lively enough, a patch of humidity at turn 5 then got the better of Brad Binder, Enea Bastianini and Alex Marquez at the same time, while all were fighting for the podium.
Marc Marquez, then leader of the race, also finished the event in the gravel trap, while Johann Zarco made a mistake before entering the last corner, losing the fifth position he was defending with his Honda.
In total, fifteen drivers lost control of their machine during the twelve laps of the event, while sixteen reached the finish.
Many of them will therefore want to take their revenge tomorrow during the main race, the start of which will be at around 14:00 p.m.
