A strong recruit for CrowdStrike Racing by APR at Le Mans

CrowdStrike Racing by APR arrives with great ambitions 24 Hours of Le Mans (June 15-16). Entered in Pro-Am with the No. 07 Oreca 45, the Portuguese team has lifted the veil on the identity of the last driver of its trio.

We knew Colin Braun and George Kurtz, now there will be Nicky Catsburg. Solid for CrowdStrike Racing by APR since it has secured the services of the title holder in Sarthe in the LMGTE Am category with Corvette. Almost a novelty for the Dutchman, a big regular in GT in recent years.

« It's a really great opportunity for me to do this in a class I've never raced in before (LMP2 Pro-Am), he rejoices. I've driven in an LMP2 before, but not much; It’s been six or seven years since I last drove one of these cars. So it's going to be a steep learning curve, but with Colin as my teammate, he's going to get me up to speed pretty quickly. I think with George we are a strong team that should be able to fight for victory in this category.

Algarve Pro Racing will also be present with a second Oreca 07, the No. 25, for its title in ELMS last year. Matthias Kaiser and Olli Caldwell have so far been confirmed.
